​Reign Zion Ministries International (RZM) was founded in 2023 by
Evangelist Laura ‘Victory’ McDowell – an ordained minister, teacher, and psalmist with a passion for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ by any means necessary. The ministry began as a virtual prayer room established for The Gambian Nation. Since then, the ministry’s reach has grown to over 7 virtual prayer rooms and gospel networks with followers from 31 countries worldwide. RZM continues to grow for the purpose of establishing and maintaining both virtual and in-person platforms for the advancement of The Kingdom of God; to distribute to the necessities of saints; to minister unto the needs of those most vulnerable; for the propagation of the Gospel of
Jesus Christ both in domestic and foreign lands.

Salvation.
In the beginning, Laura 'Victory' McDowell received The Lord Jesus Christ, Baptism by water, and the Baptism of The Holy Spirit at the tender age of 8(eight) in the year of 1991.
​
Religious Heritage
Sister Victory received her biblical training and spiritual foundation from The Late Bishop Jack McConnico of Glorious Pentecostal Church of God in Dolomite, Alabama. He taught total reliance and faith in God at each sermon closing, "God said it, I believe it, That settles it."

-Humble Beginnings -
Sister Victory witnessed Bishop McConnico using his own funds and skills to build additional rooms onto the church building. Her most memorable moment was seeing him build and install the Baptism Pool with his own hands. He positioned it above the choir stand with its stairwell and pathway leading from the back kitchen. Sister Victory was baptized soon after its completion. She served as a worship singer, songwriter, and minister of music, until Bishop McConnico went home to be with the Lord (in the year of 2009).

Continued Service.
Sister Victory is committed to serving The Lord and His people in the Spirit of Love & Excellence. Her credentials and experience in Business Administration, Project Management, and Organizational Leadership has helped to sharpen her gifts in Administration and Evangelism since the year of 2002.
​
Family Life.
Sister Victory is the blessed mother of 1 vibrant teenager named "Lola" - who she affectionately calls 'LAMB'. Together, they enjoy watching movies, discussing current news affairs, nature strolls, and torturing one another with jokes/pranks.

THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THIS MINISTRY IS FORMED :
​1. To establish a Biblical, Multi-purpose Platform for missionary, educational,
and social opportunities to propagate and practice The Gospel of Jesus Christ
worldwide. (Matthew 28:19-20)
2. To foster an atmosphere of unity, brotherhood, sisterhood, and charity
amongst those that labor among us in The Lord. (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13)
3. To offer both spiritual and natural support within the communities and
territories occupied by our sphere of influence. (Isaiah 58:12)
4. To uncover and expose the unfruitful works of darkness. (Ephesians 5:11)
5. To carry out the mission and mandate of governing organization ‘Reign Zion
Ministries International’. (Isaiah 56:7; Matthew 16:18; )
Statement of Faith
1. Foundation. We believe that God’s Holy Word is the solid foundation by which we live life, teach others, and pray fervently (1 Peter 1:24-25; John 1:1;Isaiah 55:1; Hebrews 11:3).
2. The Father, The Son, & The Holy Spirit. We believe that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one. (John 1:1; 1 John 5:7)
3. Jesus. We believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God (John 1:13-14), born of a virgin (Matthew 1:23), and is God Himself in the flesh (Matthew 1:23; 1 Timothy 3:16).
4. Salvation. We believe that salvation is granted upon one’s verbal confession of Jesus Christ, belief in one’s heart that God raised Him from the dead, and affirmation of one’s belief by baptism (Romans 10:9; Mark 16:16).
5. Water Baptism. We believe in Baptism by immersion in the Name of Jesus as commanded in the Scriptures-administered to all those who have repented of their sins and believed on the Lord Jesus Christ to the saving of their souls (Acts 2:38).
6. Baptism of the Holy Spirit. We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and Fire (Matthew 3:11).
7. Five-Fold Ministry. We believe in the operation of five gifts given to men by Jesus Christ upon His ascension: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers (Ephesians 4: 7-11) – for the perfecting and edifying of the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4: 12).
8. Communion. We believe in the regular observance of the Lord’s Supper to commemorate the broken body and blood covenant of Jesus Christ in His death (Luke 22:19, 20; I Corinthians 11:23-34).
9. Marriage. We believe in the Divine institution of marriage as a covenant between God, one man, and one woman (Genesis 2:21-24) - held in honor and sanctification (Hebrews 13:4).

10. Prayer. We believe that one is to always pray (Luke 18:1; 1 Thessalonians 5:16), with fervency (James 5:16), and for one another (Ephesians 6:18; 1 Timothy 2:1; Galatians 6:2).
11. Worship & Praise. We believe that worship is a lifestyle of obedience to God’s word, submission to His spirit, and acknowledgement of Him as Lord over one’s life (John 4:24; Luke 6:46). This worship is additionally expressed in many forms of verbal and physical praise unto the Lord: Song, dance, instrumentation, poetry, words of admiration, etc. (Psalm 147; Psalm 148; Psalm 149; Psalm 150).
12. Giving. We believe contributions, tithes, and offerings are voluntary ways to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Every giver is encouraged to personally decide before God what he or she can cheerfully give to the support of the Lord’s work at home and in the foreign field (Malachi 3:10, 2 Corinthians 9:7; Romans 12:8). Although we encourage generosity (Acts 20:32-35), we believe that coercion and force of any kind does not reflect the liberty of the Spirit or the character of God (2 Corinthians 3:17).
